Complications of invasive methods diagnosis of pulmonary dissemination syndrome, their prevention and treatment

Objective — to study the possible complications that arise when using invasive methods for diagnosis of pulmonary dissemination syndrome, develop measures aimed at their prevention and treatment.
 Materials methods. Data from 216 patients who used diagnose syndrome were analyzed. Patients divided into 3 groups, depending on type biopsy: Group I 143 underwent VATS lung biopsy, II 64 endobronchial ultrasound transbronchial biopsy lungs (EBUS TBBL); III 9 open biopsy. Complications in 12 (8.4 %), 5 (7.8 2 (22.2 total 19 (8.8 %). These tear, wound suppuration, disease progression, pneumothorax, hemoptysis, respiratory failure, intrapleural hemorrhage.
 Results discussion. Based obtained data, we have proposed complications: radiography thoracic cavity first day after biopsy; correction antiplatelet therapy; careful selection taking account age, concomitant pathology, drugs, history.Conclusions. Lung is a safe with low level 8.8 %.The least traumatic method under control.If it impossible perform or if material uninformative, next step use video­assisted biopsy.An should be considered last only strict indications.It important choose right history, drugs.
